As of May 23, 2025, 528,932 villages have arrangements for liquid waste management under Swachh Bharat Mission Grameen (SBM-G) 2.0 with 2,063,647 community soak pits; 1,406,262 drainage facilities; 2,043 faecal sludge management plants; and 257,208 community sanitary complexes.
