Around 61 per cent of water-related projects under NMCG get completed

As of March 31, 2025, 152 projects out of a total of 250 projects (i.e. 60.80 per cent) have been completed under the National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG) programme which includes 143 sewage treatment projects, 4 projects related to industrial effluent treatment, 4 projects of surveillance and monitoring, and 1 project related to research and development (R&D).
