The Beawar City Sewerage Project (Phase II) under the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) 2.0 in Rajasthan is in its final stages and is expected to be completed soon.

As of now, 56.39 km of sewer lines have been laid beyond its target of 48.70 km. Similarly, 2882 manholes have been constructed against the target of 2485 manholes. The construction work of 5.6 mld Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) has been completed. Civil work on the second 2.40 MLD STP is also completed, but electro-mechanical work is still ongoing. Out of the target of 7,407 households, only 135 households have been provided with connections. 

The project is expected to be completed at a total cost of Rs 760.7 million.
