Mayank Mittal, Executive Director, Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) made a presentation at a recently organised conference by India Infrastructure discussing the automation initiatives undertaken by HMWSSB for service enhancement such as GIS application, smart valve technology-mobile application, reservoir level monitoring and control system, rainwater harvesting survey, challenges faced in their implementation etc.
