Wabag, Kopri Bio and AKEPL to execute shareholders agreement for development of WTP at Kopri in Thane, Maharashtra

The Board of Directors (BoD) of Va Tech Wabag Limited granted approval for executing a shareholder’s agreement with Kopri Bio Engineering Private Limited (Kopri Bio) and A K Electrical and Works Private Limited (AKEPL) for development of a water treatment plant (WTP) at Kopri in East Thane, Maharashtra on May 7, 2024.
