Eagle Infra India Limited (EIIL) has won a contract worth Rs 4,900.29 million for development of Chandrapur underground drainage scheme (UGDS) under the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) 2.0. The Chandrapur Municipal Corporation invited bids for the same in January 2024.
The scope of work includes construction of sewerage system, house service connections, wet well/sewage pumping station, pumping machinery for sewerage pumping station, pumping main, existing sewer network cleaning, checking and renovation, road reinstating, trial and run and other miscellaneous work.
The work is likely to be completed in 24 months.
