Eagle Infra India Limited (EIIL) has emerged as the lowest (L1) bidder for development of Chandrapur underground drainage scheme (UGDS) under the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) 2.0. The firm quoted an amount of Rs 5,301.59 million. Besides, Yogi Construction Company and P.C. Snehal Construction Company emerged as L2 and L3 bidders by quoting amounts of Rs 5,372.93 million and Rs 5,395.22 million respectively. Bids for the same were invited by the Chandrapur Municipal Corporation in January 2024.
The scope of work includes construction of sewerage system, house service connections, wet well/sewage pumping station, pumping machinery for sewerage pumping station, pumping main, existing sewer network cleaning, checking and renovation, road reinstating, trial and run and other miscellaneous work.
The work is likely to be completed in 24 months.
