The Central Government and Asian Development Bank (ADB) signed a Rs 10 billion (USD 125 million) loan agreement to develop climate-resilient sewage collection and treatment, and drainage and water supply systems in three cities in the state of Tamil Nadu under Tamil Nadu Urban Flagship Investment Program (TNUFIP) on December 27, 2022.
